Why live in brisbane

If that’s not enough to get you excited , the weather surely will. Brisbane is full of life. From swimming to whale-spotting, water-based leisure is everywhere in this buoyant region.


The state capital of. Melbourne undoubtedly has the most opportunities when it comes to show business and film production, it’s the artistic capital of Australia.

There is only one major newspaper in the city. Its sub-tropical climate and dynamic economy are attracting large numbers of migrants. Speaking of the weather, if you think you’ve seen a downpour in the UK, you’ll realise if you come to live here that you’ve just seen heavy rain. It has a population of around two million people who enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in a beautiful, spacious city.

Other than year-round sunshine and laid back vibes, we also have access to some of the country’s best foodie regions. We’ve got Stanthorpe, the Sunshine Coast, Lockyer Valley…we could keep going, but we don’t want to bore you with our foodie obsession. Being in the tropics, dress is a fairly casual and the design and restructure of the city centre focuses on the relaxed lifestyle.


Just about every suburb has a range of cafés with outdoor eating. Summers are hot and sunny, keeping our kids in the pool and parks all day long, and winters are mild enough to enjoy outdoors without layers and layers of clothes to negotiate. It’s the capital of the sunshine state.

I lived on the northside which I think is nicer than the south side. Suburbs like Chermside, Carseldine, Aspley are my idea of good places to live. You can easily get into the city via train or bus.
